Servosteel designs, manufactures and installs Mechanical Decoilers for uncoiling coils with maximum weights from 0.5 tons (500 kg) to 2.5 tons (2,500 kg). Our mechanical decoilers can be motorized or braked (non-motorized). Mechanical decoilers can be equipped with upper pressure and lower pressure arms. The outer diameter of the coil can be between 1300-1600 mm and the inner diameter can be between 380-550 mm.

Servosteel designs, manufactures and intstalls the entire Hydraulic Decoiler to handle the coils with the maximum weight of 6.000 kg (6 tons) up to 15.000 kg (15 tons). Our company provides motorized and non-motorized decoilers with manual or hydraulic expansion system. Hydraulic Decoiler can be equipped with coil car, coil hold down arms with motorized end wheels and automatic back-tension systems.

Servosteel designs, manufactures and installs Mini Servo Feeders to operate on sheet capacity from 100 mm to 600 mm width. Sheet thickness capacity is between 0.2 mm – 2 mm.

Mini Servo Feeder

Servosteel designs, manufactures and installs Mini Straightener Servo Feeders for different type of applications. The Mini Straightener Servo Feeder is straightening the coil material before feeding it to the press. This type of machines are applicable for the steel coil with the width of 100 mm up to 400 mm. The thickness of the steel sheet can be between 0.2 – 2.0 mm.

Our standard case servo feeder models are suitable for working in the sheet width range of 300 mm – 1,600 mm. Our Servo Feeder Machines can feed roll sheet material with thickness from 0.4 mm to 4 mm.

Straightener Servo Feeder straightens the roll sheet material before feeding it to the press machine. Since the rolled sheet material coming from the decoiler is not flat, straightening process is important for subsequent operations.

Servosteel designs, manufactures and installs cost-effective Coil Slitting Lines of all specifications according to customer requirements. Coil Slitting Line is used to slit wider coils into much narrower coils in given dimensions. Coil Slitting Lines consist of: Decoiler, coil loading car, servo feeder, slitting unit, guillotine shear, scrap winder, separator, recoiler and coil unloading car.

A standard Cut to Length Line consists of: Decoiler, Coil Loading Car, Straightener Servo Feeder, Guillotine and Automatic Stacker. Servosteel designs, manufactures and installs a complete Solar Panel Profile Production Line for the production of the steel profiles and the brackets of the modular solar panels. All U-Profiles and C-Profiles used in the solar panels are produced in the roll forming line which is consisting of the decoiler, straightener, feeder, roll forming machine and the final forming machine.

All cable trays and covers are produced on the line consisting of decoiler, straightener, feeder, roll form machine, punching press, cutting mould and stacking unit.
